IABM, or International Association for Broadcast & Media Technology Suppliers, is a non-profit trade organisation whose members represent over 80% of the broadcast and entertainment technology market’s revenues.

IABM facilitates networking and interaction between suppliers that shape and define the unique ecosystem of the broadcast and media technology industry, and provides professional training to its members.

I conducted webinars for members of the organisation on how Lean Startup methodology can help companies in the broadcast industry facing challenging competitions can innovate effectively.

The half hour Masterclass (video here) included Lean Startup principles, a case study of real application in the broadcast industry and lesson learnt for members.

 
Moreover, I also had the opportunity to present a case study in a keynote speech at the IABM Annual Conference 2017 in London of how Lean Startup helped a FTSE 250 company innovate effectively and launch a new product that customers love.
